Competition Terms and Conditions
LEMON HEADS LAUNCH COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lemon Heads ("Promoter").
The competition is being conducted on Instagram through the Lemon Heads Instagram account @lemonheads.co
2. Competition period
The competition commences at 6:00pm on 22nd September and closes at 6:00PM 30th September.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.
3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or businesses directly involved in administering the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:
- Follow the Lemon Heads Instagram account @lemonheads;
- Like the official Lemon Heads competition post; and
- Tag another Instagram account in the comments of the competition post.
- Share the post to stories.
Entrants must share the competition post to their Instagram Story to help spread the word. This will be verified when choosing the winner, a no share = a redraw.
Only genuine Instagram accounts may enter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably considers to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Number of entries
Enter as many times as you would like.
Multiple comments or tags from the same entrant will mean additional entries.
6. Prize
The winner will receive one complete Lemon Heads launch collection consisting of six (6) Lemon Heads garments/pieces.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other product.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $318 AUD.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a product of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
7. Winner selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place on 30th September 2026 6:00pm AEST.
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Lemon Heads Instagram account @lemonheads.
The Promoter will not ask the winner to provide payment, passwords, security codes or other sensitive account information in order to claim the prize.
8. Claiming the prize
The winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot reasonably accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another eligible entrant.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
9. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter will cover standard postage costs within Australia.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party delivery services once the prize has been dispatched.
10. Instagram disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering this competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any liability arising from or relating to the competition.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
11. General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- tampers with the entry process;
- uses fraudulent, automated or misleading means to enter;
- provides false or misleading information; or
- engages in conduct that the Promoter reasonably considers inappropriate or unfair.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or extend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
The winner's name or Instagram username may be published on the Promoter's Instagram account and/or website for the purpose of announcing the winner.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
14. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and the laws of the relevant state or territory in which the competition is conducted.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
